The brokerage company is seeking an ambitious and results-focused Institutional Liquidity Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FX industry, a well-established network of institutional relationships, and demonstrated success in securing new business, including engaging with cold leads. This position emphasizes proactive client acquisition and market growth through strategic outreach, participation in industry events, and direct client interactions.

  • Proactively identify and engage new institutional clients through outreach methods such as cold calls, networking, and leveraging established industry connections.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve growth targets and drive business development.
  • Negotiate and finalize high-value agreements with institutional clients to ensure rapid onboarding and revenue growth.
  • Research and target potential clients, focusing on the FX, metals, energy, indices, and cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Transform initial cold leads into long-term, profitable business partnerships with a high success rate.
  • Represent the company at global industry events, including conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities, to strengthen the company’s presence.
  • Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with top-performing Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Design and implement incentive programs and support initiatives to attract and retain high-caliber IBs.
  • Expand the IB network to enhance market reach and diversify revenue streams.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates in the FX space to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine sales tactics and improve product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.

Требования

  • At least 5 years of hands-on sales experience within the FX industry
  • Proven track record of securing high-value deals and consistently outperforming sales goals
  • Expertise in identifying and converting cold leads into loyal, long-term clients
  • A well-established network of institutional contacts, such as banks, hedge funds, and trading firms
  • Outstanding sales skills with an unwavering focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Highly driven and self-directed, with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance analytics tools)
