We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our fast-growing financial technology company. As a key player in our team, you will take full commercial ownership of a personal book of business, focusing on driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion in the Mexico and Brazil markets.
• Own and manage a personal portfolio of clients with full P&L responsibility, focusing on revenue growth (ARR/MRR).
• Actively hunt and close new high-value merchants, particularly in high-risk sectors such as forex, gambling, and e-commerce, while also expanding business with existing accounts.
• Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: from lead generation and discovery to commercial negotiations, proposal preparation, onboarding coordination, and successful go-live.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to drive volume growth, upsells, and retention.
• Negotiate deal terms and collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure fast and smooth implementations.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive commercial execution and pipeline management.
• Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) — Portuguese is a plus.
• Senior-level experience in payments, preferably with crypto payments, PSPs, EMIs, or high-risk acquiring.
• Proven track record of successfully closing new deals, growing revenue, and managing long-term client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of high-risk merchant underwriting, crypto-fiat rails, and on/off-ramp solutions.
• Hands-on, results-driven, and commercially aggressive approach with excellent negotiation skills.
• Location: Mexico or Brazil.
• Full remote work from any location in Brazil or Mexico.
