Community manager

A gaming company is looking for an exceptional Community Manager to join a major gaming company for the "Zombie Miner" project. This is a free-to-play mobile idle game—a place where the thrill of idle games blends with the excitement of mining and the depth of strategic tycoon adventures.

Our goals:

• Quantitative (number of subscribers) and qualitative (ER) growth of the audience from target countries on social media;
• Development and implementation of a social media promotion strategy, including independently creating necessary content from scratch;
• Identifying relevant case studies and adapting them to our goals;
• Selecting methods to achieve set objectives (based on references), predicting outcomes, and analyzing actual results.

• Managing social media for the Zombie Miner project and building community;
• Creating, designing, administrating, and moderating channels;
• Increasing engagement and activity of the audience on key platforms;
• Expanding social networks and finding new communication channels when necessary;
• Gathering and analyzing feedback from English-speaking audience.

• Knowledge of SMM principles and hands-on experience in community management;
• Experience with and personal use of Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and X;
• Strong English proficiency (C1 level);
• Understanding of audiences in the USA and Western Europe, with experience promoting projects to these markets;
• Proficiency with basic (built-in social media analytics) and advanced SMM analytics tools (e.g., Social Champ, Keyhole, Sprout Social, etc.);
• Skills in long-term and short-term planning, including roadmap creation;
• Analytical skills (identifying strengths and weaknesses, audience analysis);

• Experience with content creation (planning, writing texts, preparing/ordering visuals).
