Community manager/Evangelist

A small but rapidly growing team independently develops popular B2C SaaS products. We're looking for an experienced Growth Community manager/Evangelist.
You'll be part of the marketing communications team for an online PDF editor with thousands of users.
The team is focused on data, speed, and a healthy work culture (no micromanagement or overtime).

• Managing and growing the r/pdfnet community — creating a welcoming space that people want to return to;
• Publishing content: feature breakdowns, professional tips, lifehacks, and product updates;
• Real-time monitoring of mentions of pdf.net on Reddit, with timely responses and assistance when needed;
• Collecting user feedback and turning it into actionable insights for the development team;
• Monitoring competitor mentions and being present when users are frustrated with Adobe, DocuSign, and other solutions — to offer a faster, more convenient, and friendlier alternative.

• Be an active Reddit user with high karma;
• Quickly learn and understand the product, grasping new information on the fly to provide effective technical support;
• Have a strong knowledge of Reddit memes and formatting rules;
• Have experience in social media growth / community development.

• 100% Remote and Location Independent;
• Compensation: $36,000 — $72,000/year. Performance bonus is negotiable upon trial period, based on the performance, tied directly to attributed conversions from Reddit;
• Paid via deel.com (standard contract)
