We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our fast-growing financial company, you will provide high-quality support to our international clients trading in CFDs, forex, and cryptocurrency markets.
⁃ Receiving and processing customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or ticketing system.
⁃ Providing timely and accurate responses to questions about products, services, procedures, and company policies.
⁃ Troubleshooting technical issues and user errors, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when needed.
⁃ Logging all interactions, requests, and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system while maintaining customer records.
⁃ Collecting customer feedback and professionally handling complaints to restore trust and improve service quality.
⁃ Conducting product consultations, setup assistance, and demonstrations as required.
⁃ Coordinating with internal teams (technical support, sales, finance, etc.) to resolve issues efficiently.
⁃ Sharing customer insights to support product and service improvements.
⁃ Maintaining high professionalism, customer focus, and full compliance with SLAs and internal standards.
⁃ Native Spanish speaker with strong knowledge of Portuguese and English.
⁃ Location: LATAM.
⁃ 1–3 years of experience in customer support or back-office roles.
⁃ Proven experience in high-volume support (live chat, email, or phone).
⁃ Hands-on experience with trading platforms (CFDs, leverage, margin), payments, or KYC processes.
⁃ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and simple manner.
⁃ Must have previous experience working with FX brokers or cryptocurrency exchanges.
⁃ Full remote work from any location in LATAM.
