AI-Driven Troubleshooting: Use LLMs (Claude, Cursor) and MCP to accelerate root-cause analysis and incident resolution.
Monitoring: Build and maintain Grafana/Datadog dashboards to track service health and detect anomalies.
Automation: Write Python scripts for bulk operations, API retries, and data migrations.
Incident Management: Investigate technical issues end-to-end and provide structured reports for the development team.

Experience: 2+ years in TechOps or Technical Support (Fin.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and Observability tools (Grafana/Datadog).
Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Networking (HTTP/gRPC), Microservices, and CS basics (CPU/RAM).
AI Skills: Experience integrating AI tools into daily technical workflows.
