Product manager

We are a product-oriented company providing IT infrastructure and liquidity services for FX, Blockchain companies, and traditional financial industries. We are looking for top professionals to help us make the market better!

●      Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-release support.

●      Coordinate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver features on time and within scope.

●      Maintain a groomed product backlog, write clear and structured requirements (PRDs), and prioritize features based on business impact.

●      Lead customer interviews, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into the product roadmap.

●      Monitor product metrics (adoption, NPS, churn, etc.) and iterate on features based on performance.

●      Support sales and account managers with product knowledge, especially during onboarding of large or strategic clients.

Present roadmap updates and feature demos to internal stakeholders and external clients.

●      2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.

●      Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

●      Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

●      Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.

●      Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools.

●  Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on both qualitative and quantitative inputs.

● Good English and Russian
