Обязанности

  • Acquire new institutional liquidity clients through proactive cold outreach
  • Own the full commercial cycle: from negotiations and contract signing to successful onboarding and active account growth
  • Represent the company at major international industry events and effectively convert leads into long-term institutional partners
  • Develop strategic client relationships, conduct regular commercial reviews, and drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, track key commercial KPIs, and deliver accurate weekly revenue forecasts

Требования

  • Over 7 years of experience as a Sales Manager
  • Proven expertise in trading infrastructure and brokerage companies;
  • Strong network of institutional contacts;
  • Expertise in end-to-end commercial cycle management8;
  • Willingness to travel for business.
