Senior Lawyer

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to support and actively shape the legal framework of a high-performance, technology-driven trading business.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong ownership, commercial judgment, and the ability to proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve legal and regulatory issues in a fast-moving environment.

The role goes beyond reactive legal support. The successful candidate is expected to drive solutions, influence priorities, and act as a trusted legal partner to management, while setting a professional standard for the broader team.

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with exposure to: proprietary / high-frequency trading, consulting with focus on corporate, commercial and/or banking law financial markets infrastructure,
• fintech or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading mechanics, and technology-driven businesses.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English

• Provide legal support across all aspects of high-frequency and automated trading,
• Advise on regulatory frameworks relevant to HFT, proprietary trading, market conduct, and trading infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and trading-related agreements,
• Demonstrate proactive ownership: not merely highlight problems, but take responsibility for driving them to resolution.

• Contribute ideas for new initiatives, projects, or legal structures that enhance efficiency,

  risk management, or scalability.
